If you website appears to be down / unreachable, please follow these steps:
1 - please check our announcement page first to see if there's an announcement about scheduled or un-scheduled down time.
2 - to make sure that your site is really down, and not just appears to be down due to problems with your local Internet Service Provider, please go to: www.alertra.com and enter your domain name into the field called "Enter URL" and click check. The system will try to access your website from a number of different countries to see if it works.
3 - if your site shows Error after Alertra results, please submit a ticket and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Please note that we monitor all servers every 1 to 2 minutes, and there is a very high chance that we are already aware of the problem, and are working on it. Submitting a ticket is not necessary.
