For several reasons. Our company has several standards including optimal support and our standard to have low users per server.
This means a lesser profit margin as other hosting operations as our competition packs each server with, anywhere from 300-700 accounts per server! We aim to provide less than 100 on each server. We also don't take our servers and service lightly either, we are here to stay.
